Ryan M Daus, CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®
President
Ryan founded Daus Financial Group in 2002. He has been a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) since 2004. MDRT represents the top 5% of the financial services industry worldwide and its members must adhere to a strict code of ethics. Ryan has also earned the following professional designations: CFP®, ChFC®, and CLU®.
Ryan graduated magna cum laude from the Lee Honors College at Western Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in Finance.
Ryan and his wife Annie have two children, Harper and Bennett. They reside in Grand Rapids and stay busy playing and coaching football, baseball & soccer. They are members of Saint Anthony’s Catholic church and avid supporters of West Catholic High School, Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital and the Kalamazoo Community Foundation. Ryan enjoys golf, boating, watching sports and spending time with family & friends.
Justin Gregory
Assistant Financial Advisor & Director of Operations
Justin has been with DFG since 2016. He is the person who keeps Ryan organized and manages the office. As a family man himself, Justin always finds great satisfaction in helping young families plan for the future and protect the ones they love.
Before joining Daus Financial Group, Justin attended Valencia College and went on to work in commercial and residential real estate, specializing in investment property analytics. During this time Justin founded a very successful property management company where he developed his skills in management, marketing and finance.
In Justin’s free time, he loves to tend to his large vegetable garden with his wife Kendra and two kids. Additionally, Justin is captain of his competitive wiffle ball team in Kalamazoo.
Joshua Ruggles
Assistant Financial Advisor & Investment Specialist
Joshua has been with DFG since 2013. He works closely with Ryan, keeping tabs on your investment accounts and financial planning needs.
Along with holding life, health, annuity and securities licenses, Josh attended Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University, where he graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, including a major in finance and a minor in management.
Joshua has been married to his wife Kristen since 2019 and has many hobbies that he enjoys in his free time including hockey, reading and jogging.
Terra Eash
Licensed Service Assistant & Technology Guru
Terra has been with DFG since 2018 and manages our data systems to ensure that everything is organized. She also helps clients with life insurance and fixed annuity services. Terra has several years of operational management experience as well as a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems and psychology (summa cum laude) from Baker College.
Terra and her partner Josh welcomed their daughter Alycia in 2019, joining their twin Golden Border dogs. She enjoys practicing yoga, playing board games, hiking and being an active member of Temple B’nai Israel in Kalamazoo.
Autumn Hewitt
Administrative Assistant
Autumn joined our team in 2021 and makes sure all our clients receive world-class service. She has several years of experience in the administrative field. She attended Aquinas College and is currently working on furthering her education in the financial services field.
Autumn enjoys spending time with her husband, Jared, their kids, Nevaeh and Ash, and their 3 dogs, Samson, Sasha and Sadie Bell. They love going on long walks and exploring new trails.
